You can keep it simple when it comes to a bed frame, but there are too many good vintage ones to pass up. I’ve rounded up some of the best vintage-style bed frames I found scouring online, blending classic aesthetics with modern craftsmanship.

Cini Boeri for Arflex ‘Tuttoletto’ Queen Bed in Oak

Cini Boeri was one of the first female designers to gain recognition in the male-dominated realm of postmodern furniture design and architecture. Her perspective is what makes this bed frame so spectacular, it combines aesthetics with functionality.

It has a minimalist Italian design with its sleek oak frame and effortlessly low profile. The smooth platforms framing the bed also have storage components. You could easily hide away extra bedding or closet space. Perfect for those who appreciate both form and function.

Walnut Minimalist Handmade Platform Queen Bed Frame, Judd Style

Inspired by the clean lines of Donald Judd’s work, the minimalist design highlights the beauty of natural wood grain while offering a sturdy, streamlined silhouette. I love a simple, low bed if you’re looking for something in the Japandi interior design style.

Vintage 70s Guido Faleschini Leather Bed for i4 Mariani Pace Collection

It might be a bit gaudy for some, but I think it’s fantastic.

The “Dilos” bed was designed by Guido Faleschini for the Pace Collection in the 1970s. Then, it was manufactured by i4 Mariani. It’s upholstered in leather, featuring integrated compartments on both sides with two drawers on each side. The side compartments are topped with marble.

I think this would look great with some matching globe table lamps.

Let me know which one is your favorite—or if you’ve found another hidden gem worth sharing!
